★ DAY-WISE ITINERARY ★
DAY 1★ Respective PM SHRI School – Suitable Departure Airport – Jaipur – Udaipur
- Students will assemble at their respective Government / PM SHRI School in Punjab at the scheduled reporting time under the supervision of the accompanying Teachers and Tour Crew Depart from the school premises by Reserved A/C Coach for the nearest / most suitable departure airport, depending upon the respective school location, flight connectivity, availability and the approved tour budget. Proposed Departure Airport: Amritsar / Chandigarh/Delhi airport offering convenient and economical flight connectivity to Jaipur. FLIGHT JOURNEY – DEPARTURE AIRPORT TO JAIPUR Meals / packed meals / refreshments will be suitably arranged according to the school reporting time, confirmed flight schedule and overall travel programme.
DAY 1★ ARRIVAL AT JAIPUR AIRPORT
- Refreshment will be served in the coach. Dinner, as applicable to the flight schedule, will be arranged at a suitable hygienic restaurant / dhaba en route before reaching the airport or provided as a freshly prepared packed meal. All meals will be Pure Vegetarian.
On arrival at the airport, complete the required group check-in, security and boarding formalities and board the scheduled flight to Jaipur International Airport. On arrival at Jaipur International Airport, collect the group baggage and proceed directly to the reserved coach. Board the Reserved A/C Pushback Luxury Coach and depart for Udaipur. Comfortable overnight journey towards Udaipur by Reserved A/C Pushback Luxury Coach under the supervision of the accompanying Teachers and Tour Crew. Necessary washroom / comfort breaks will be provided during the overnight journey Over Night Safe A/C Pushback Coach
DAY 2★ Arrival Udaipur - City Of Lakes Experience
- On Arrival :
proceed to the Hotel. Rooms will be allotted gradually as per availability and the Hotel’s standard check-in policy. A few available rooms / designated facilities will be provided for fresheningup, subject to availability. Group luggage will be safely kept at the Hotel until the

DAY 6★ Arrival at Respective PM Shri School
- Arrival :
Continue the return journey towards the respective Government / PM SHRI School, with suitable comfort, washroom and meal breaks en route as per the travel schedule. On reaching the School, Shubh Yatra Tours Crew will assist with safe deboarding, luggage handling and orderly handover of the group to the concerned School Authorities.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This itinerary is designed for Government / PM SHRI Schools across Punjab. As school locations may vary, the exact Day 01 departure time and Final Day arrival time cannot be fixed at present. After tour confirmation, a final school-wise itinerary with exact reporting/departure timings, return timing and approximate travel kilometres will be provided.
