★ DAY-WISE ITINERARY ★

DAY 1★ Respective School – Departure to Jodhpur

AFTERNOON / EVENING – REPORTING AT SCHOOL
Students shall assemble at their respective PM SHRI School premises at the
scheduled reporting time with their baggage and necessary personal belongings.
Attendance and headcount will be completed under the supervision of the
Accompanying Teachers & Shubh Yatra Tours Crew, followed by systematic
baggage arrangement and a brief journey safety orientation.
A Baggage Identification Tag will be provided to each Student and Teacher. The
tag should be securely attached to the luggage with the following details:
( 1 ) Name of Student / Teacher
( 2 ) Parent / Guardian/Teacher Contact Number
( 3 ) Name of PM SHRI School
After completion of attendance and luggage loading, students will board the
reserved A/C Deluxe Luxury Pushback Coach and depart for Jodhpur, Rajasthan,as per the scheduled departure time applicable to the respective school.
Light refreshments / snacks will be provided on board or during a suitable enroute halt, depending upon the journey schedule.
En route Freshly prepared Dinner will be served at a suitable hygienic restaurant
/ highway dining facility en route. After dinner, continue the overnight journey
towards Jodhpur by A/C Deluxe Luxury Pushback Coach.
Suitable comfort and washroom halts will be provided whenever reasonably
required at safe en-route facilities with clean and usable washrooms.
IMPORTANT NOTE :-
As the participating Government / PM SHRI Schools are located across
different parts of Punjab, the exact reporting and departure timings may vary
depending upon the location of the respective school, road distance and
operational travel requirements.
Accordingly, the school-wise reporting time, coach departure time and
approximate travel distance will be finalised and communicated after
confirmation of the respective participating school, ensuring a safe,
comfortable and well-coordinated journey.

DAY 2★ Arrival at Jodhpur & Sightseeing

08:30 AM :
Arrival at Jodhpur Hotel Rooms will be allotted gradually as per availability and the Hotel’s standard check-in policy. Available rooms / designated facilities will be provided for freshening-up, and group luggage will be safely kept at the Hotel. Breakfast followed by rest and room allotment.

Begin the return journey towards the respective PM SHRI School in Punjab.

DAY 6★ Arrival at Respective PM SHRI School Punjab

Continue the return journey towards Punjab by reserved A/C Deluxe Luxury Pushback Coach. MORNING – BREAKFAST & COMFORT HALT Freshly prepared Breakfast will be arranged at a suitable hygienic restaurant / highway dining facility. Necessary washroom and comfort halts will be provided during the journey.
ONWARD JOURNEY TO RESPECTIVE SCHOOL – After breakfast, continue towards the respective PM SHRI School in Punjab. Depending upon the travelling distance and expected arrival time, refreshments will be suitably arranged en route wherever required.
ARRIVAL AT RESPECTIVE PM SHRI SCHOOL –
On arrival at the School premises, students will safely disembark under the supervision of the Accompanying Teachers & Shubh Yatra Tours Crew.
Final student headcount and baggage identification will be completed, ensuring that students collect their respective luggage safely.
TOUR CONCLUDES WITH HAPPY MEMORIES –
The educational tour concludes at the respective PM SHRI School, with memorable learning
experiences covering Rajasthan’s history, heritage, culture, desert environment and educational attractions.
